Senior management visited Matadi, Boma, Muanda, Tshela and Kimpese to assess infrastructure, operations and customer needs.
Five cities visited
The mission took place from 7 to 11 April 2026 across branches and offices in Matadi, Boma, Muanda, Tshela and Kimpese.
Each visit reviewed reception conditions, gathered feedback from local teams and recorded customer concerns.
Improving accessibility
In Matadi, the delegation reviewed activity indicators and identified possible improvements in processing times and counter access.
The mission also highlighted the need to reinforce staffing at some rural and semi-urban locations.
A network-governance mechanism
Field missions can become a regular network-control mechanism when they produce action plans, named owners and deadlines.
Findings should feed a central register covering infrastructure, liquidity, service quality and operational risk.
